It’s time to be honest, in the last year that I have been writing this blog I’ve felt like a failure with my fitness. I’ve put on weight, adopted bad eating habits and become downright lazy. There I said it; I am a fitness blogging fraud.
But guess what? In the last couple of months I have finally got my mojo back, hallelujah! I have started to lose weight, build muscle and improve my fitness.
