There’s no denying it, I am the queen of tupperware boxes!
I take my breakfast into work in one, I have another box for my lunch, and then an additional one, or sometimes two, for healthy snacks throughout the day. There’s so many lunchboxes in my bag, it looks like I’ve taken a group of children out for a picnic. In fact, eating food from plastic tupperware boxes is so natural for me that sometimes having my dinner from a plate just feels plain wrong!
As a digital copywriter I spend the majority of my day immersed in an online world. Whether it’s spent doing research for articles, browsing health and fitness blogs for inspiration, or simply checking my Instagram during my lunch break, it’s safe to say I spend a lot of time observing other people’s lives, or more accurately their bodies.
“It’s 20% exercise, 80% diet”, “you can’t out train a bad diet” and “abs are made in the kitchen” are all phrases you’ll hear flying around the fitness industry time and time again, but can you eat healthily for less?
